Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your OPPO account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return' option next to the item you wish to send back to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your device in its original box along with the charger, cables, and any promotional gifts, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior.

  Ship to Service Center

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; our logistics team will track the shipment to ensure it arrives safely at our quality inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
